FaithFlow ("FaithFlow", "we", "us", or "our") is a faith and devotional app that helps you build a daily spiritual habit. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our mobile app and our websites at faithflow-app.com and faithflow.xyz (together, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information we collect

• Account information — your email address and name when you create an account or sign in (for example, via email magic link).
• Subscription & payment information — your subscription status and transaction history. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe and/or Apple). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Usage data — how you use the app (for example, devotionals read, prayers opened, streak progress) so we can deliver and improve the experience.
• Device & technical data — device type, operating system, app version, language, and general diagnostic information.
• Push notification token — if you enable notifications, a device token used to send you reminders. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

How we use your information

• Provide, maintain, and personalize the Service (daily devotionals, prayer, Scripture, streaks).
• Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• Process subscriptions, trials, and renewals.
• Send service messages and, with your permission, reminder notifications and emails.
• Understand usage, fix problems, and improve features.
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security risks, and comply with the law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, under agreements that protect your data, including:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe and Apple — subscription and payment processing.
• Apple Push Notification service — delivering notifications.
• Hosting, email, and analytics providers — operating the Service and sending account-related messages.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time (see below).

Your rights & choices

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or your account settings.
• Turn off push notifications in your device settings.
• Request a copy of your data or its deletion by emailing us.

Children's privacy

FaithFlow is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

International users

We operate from the United States. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries with different data-protection laws.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
